  The New York Sire Stakes program strives to encourage racing and breeding in New York State. It is the task of the Agriculture & NYS Horse Breeding Development Fund to promote and facilitate this endeavor to develop the New York Sire Stakes as the premier state-bred program in the country.

NYSS No. 49 Yearling Nominations payments need to be mailed by Thursday, May 15 -- 04-29-2008

The nomination forms to nominate foals of 2007 to NYSS No. 49 have been mailed to the addresses on record for the breeders of NY-breds in 2006.  Nominations need to be postmarked by May 15, 2008.  The nomination fee is $50.  Yearlings must be named and registered with the USTA.
